Listing rules and draft terms
Brightfound is an independent creator discovery directory. Customers contact, book or buy directly through a member’s external links. Brightfound does not process those transactions, fulfill orders or collect commissions on them.
Permission and review
Submit only content you own or have permission to use. Impersonation, stolen work, spam, duplicate listings, illegal goods or services, misleading claims and unsafe material are prohibited. Submitted profiles await owner review; ambiguous cases require manual review. Approval is not identity verification or endorsement.
Private drafts and public content
Drafts and account email are private to your account. A public profile uses only approved content and requires a confirmed paid membership. Editing creates a new draft for review. Removing a portfolio image withdraws the earlier public snapshot. You can withdraw your listing from your creator workspace. Withdrawing does not cancel any subscription.
Uploads and retention
JPEG and PNG uploads are decoded and re-encoded, with metadata removed. Maximum input: 2 MB and 4 megapixels. Store no private addresses or sensitive information in portfolio images. File URLs are bearer links: anyone given a URL can open it. Unselected images remain private until removed, including after choosing lower draft limits. No automatic deletion or retention job is currently configured.
Measurements
Profile measurements count signed-in visitors only, once per visitor, action, profile and UTC day. Anonymous visits and the member’s own testing are excluded. Automated signed-in traffic may remain. Clicks do not establish leads or sales; external purchases are not tracked.
Billing is paused
Preparing or submitting a draft does not create a subscription or charge. Checkout, cancellation, refund processing and plan changes are not enabled. Prices are proposed, and processing fees remain unverified. Full membership policies and owner legal/support details must be completed before payments open.
Support and account access
During the founding setup, contact the owner through the existing MadeThis conversation for review, reporting, content removal or account assistance. A public support contact, listing-report form and self-service account deletion/recovery are not configured yet.
